By using our Google Forms, you acknowledge that the information you submit will be transferred to Google for processing. We do not control this data directly.

Mailing List

We also maintain an email mailing list to send newsletters and updates to our subscribers.

Email addresses for our mailing list are collected through opt-in forms on our website. We only add individuals to our mailing list with their explicit consent.

Email addresses for our mailing list are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel through our self-hosted Sendy instance. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect this information.

Subscribers can opt out of our mailing list at any time by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link included in every email we send.

We do not, and never will, sell or share these email addresses with any third parties.

Hybrid Conference

For our hybrid conference attendees, we currently use Discord for these specific purposes:

• Real time talk streaming
• Real time online talk discussions

As such, if you choose to attend our conference in a hybrid or fully online manner, you acknolwedge that you will be subject to Discord's privacy practices.
